Our schools
We primarily place teachers and teacher’s assistants(intern) in private language schools. We believe that teaching in the private sector will benefit our participants more than public schools, because there is a strong motivation to add cultural diversity, to share our teacher's experience, to learn something new from a native speaker. Each school we work with will be happy to help our guest to integrate into the school life. There is an orientation session for every teacher's assistant ( intern), provided at their first day at school and a 3 days on the job training with the teacher to help them immerse into the teaching process. Local office support is also available 24/7.
Before your arrival we must check that you’re ready for the program. In order to do that, we will have a skype orientation session with you. During this pre-departure orientation we will prepare you for your trip to Russia. Don’t be scared! We don’t mean anything bad or unpleasant, like bears, cold weather or something like that. We will try to tell you about Russian people, things to take with you, transportation, food, prices, etc.
